Bengals “glass eaters” at 25-1

I love with this team has done so far in free agency. They signed these three awesome veteran O linemen and have kept almost the whole band together from the AFC championship team on defense

They’re gonna be better next year. They are getting disrespected — now behind the Browns in the Super Bowl 57 odds after the Watson deal.

But this Bengals team is building the right way and , in my opinion, are the most well-constructed team in the AFC. At around 25-1 one at some places they are a great Super Bowl futures play

Yep, which is why it will be tough

That and the Chiefs and Bills are good

But I do think this team takes a significant step forward in terms of talent/regular season success , even if doesn’t result in Super Bowl

Agree especially for Buffalo/KC

Kind of like Chiefs last year to win the AFC west when they were 3-4

Plausible Buffalo or KC starts slow and value jumps

You easily could've got better odds on KC , Buff , Pats , Indy , during the season at some point better than the opening number. And that's not even counting Cincy , where great odds were available late in the season. Steelers odds were alot better after season started also

Bottom line , betting futures should be done with patience

Redeye is definitely right in general about patience

But this is a juicy one. Been a nice gift watching this drop from like 11-1 or 12-1 after the Super Bowl

As many good teams the AFC has right now , not everyone is coming out of the gate 5-1. Be really hard to do. Getting a look at the upcoming schedule and see which teams have a good or bad early schedules, could help forecasting the future.

Bills and Chiefs both visit Cincinnati this upcoming season. Curious to see Bills/Bengals since we have a sense of what Chiefs/Bengals is like

Happened twice in 2 years than only once 40 years after
Wonder exactly what that says about those teams.
Is it those are likely teams that overachieved mostly.
1972 Dolphins who won went on to win back to back after. Pats had a long history of winning. Cowboys had a 20 year winning record run from 66-86
